In the end I put on a very tight shirt laid down on my bed belly side down until I passed out from exhaustion. DO NOT USE ALOE VERA IT DOESN'T WORK FOR THE ITCH. A lot of comments say don't use it, I was skeptical cause it was common knowledge to splash aloe vera on for sun burns. That topped pinned post should just remove Aloe Vera completely from the thread. At this point I start to lose it, and luckily find this sub and start going through remedies. I slam a bunch of body lotion on the chest for maybe 2 seconds of relief, terrible idea as it got worse. I've experienced similar sensations with alcohol withdrawal in the past as it is your nerve receptors firing back up BUT it was never THIS BAD.
